Chest pain – usually in the centre of the chest which can feel like pressure, tightness or being squeezed Pain travelling from your chest to your arms, jaw, neck, back, shoulders and abdomen
Shortness of breath Nausea
Vomiting Anxiety (panic attack)
Lightheaded or dizziness Cold sweat

The discomfort or pain of a heart attack is similar to Angina, though it is often more severe and longer lasting. If you are experiencing Angina, the symptoms are usually not relieved by a nitrate tablet or spray.

Symptoms of Angina

Pain The feeling of being squeezed
Discomfort Pain may feel like indigestion
Radiating pain to the neck, jaw, and left arm, or both arms Pain in shoulders and neck
Pressure Breathlessness and sweating
Nausea Fatigue
Dizziness
